Return & Refund Policy - The Vibe Kart

Welcome to The Vibe Kart. We are committed to providing our customers with a safe and high-quality shopping experience. Our Return and Refund policy is detailed below:

1. Return Window (Time Limit)
We offer a strict 7-Day Return/Replacement Policy. You must submit a return request within 7 days of receiving your product. Any request made after 7 days from the delivery date will unfortunately not be accepted.

2. Conditions for Return
Your product will only be eligible for a return or replacement if:
- The product was received damaged, broken, or defective.
- The wrong product or incorrect variant was delivered to you.
- The product must be completely unused, unaltered, and in its original condition.
- The product must include its original packaging, box, bill, invoice, and all tags/accessories.

3. Mandatory Unboxing Video Proof
To protect our business from fraudulent claims, a clear and continuous unboxing video (showing the sealed package being opened) is mandatory for reporting any damaged or missing items. Return requests without a valid video/photo proof will be rejected.

4. Refund Process
- For Prepaid Orders: The refund amount will be automatically credited back to your original payment method (Bank Account, Card, or UPI) within 7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Our support team will contact you to collect your UPI ID or Bank Details. The refund will be processed via bank transfer once verified.
- Note: Shipping charges and COD handling fees are non-refundable.
